حذف حساب Rabet

تطبيق Rabet يساعد الطلاب على التسجيل في الجامعات والمعاهد الأجنبية ومتابعة طلباتهم. هذه الصفحة توضّح كيفية حذف حسابك وبياناتك من التطبيق.

خطوات حذف الحساب

  1. 1افتح تطبيق Rabet وسجّل الدخول إلى حسابك.
  2. 2من الشريط السفلي، اذهب إلى صفحة "الملف الشخصي" (Profile).
  3. 3مرّر للأسفل واضغط على خيار "حذف الحساب".
  4. 4أكّد الحذف عند ظهور رسالة التأكيد — يتم حذف الحساب فورًا.

عند الحذف، تُمسح بيانات ملفك الشخصي وسجل طلباتك ومحادثاتك من خوادمنا. استثناء: قد نحتفظ بسجلات الطلبات المالية للمدة التي يشترطها القانون فقط، بدون أي بيانات تعريف إضافية.

ما تقدر تسجّل الدخول؟

إذا نسيت كلمة المرور أو ما تقدر تدخل حسابك، راسلنا على apply@rabet.my من نفس البريد المسجّل في حسابك، وسنحذف حسابك وبياناتك خلال 30 يومًا.

Delete Your Rabet Account

Rabet helps students apply to universities and institutes abroad and track their applications. This page explains how to delete your account and data.

How to delete your account

  1. 1Open the Rabet app and sign in to your account.
  2. 2From the bottom bar, go to the Profile page.
  3. 3Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  4. 4Confirm when prompted — your account is deleted immediately.

Deleting your account removes your profile, application history, and chat data from our servers. Exception: we may retain order/payment records for the period required by law, with no additional identifying data attached.

Can't sign in?

If you've forgotten your password or can't access your account, email us at apply@rabet.my from the address on your account and we'll delete your account and data within 30 days.
